1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Payment & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how payments are accepted and how refunds are handled when you purchase digital prompt products (the “Products”) from Logic-Vault (the “Platform”) operated by S&K PARTNERS GROUP LTD (Company No. 14541157, 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

• This Policy forms part of and must be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
• It applies to Pay-In transactions only. The Platform does not enable vendor listings or customer-to-vendor payouts.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We may add or remove payment methods at our discretion.

3. PRICING, CURRENCY & TAXES

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR) by default. You may switch display to CAD, AUD, GBP or USD; conversion is provided for information only.
• Where required by law, prices include VAT on digital services under the EU place-of-supply rules. Your VAT rate is determined by your billing country.
• A final tax-inclusive amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DIGITAL DELIVERY

1. After successful payment authorisation, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt.
2. The purchased prompt(s) become immediately downloadable in your user dashboard and/or are delivered by encrypted email link.
3. Delivery is deemed complete once the download link is made available (“Digital Delivery“).

5. REFUND POLICY

Because our Products are non-tangible digital content delivered instantly, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply once Digital Delivery has begun (Article 16(m), Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

5.1 Eligible Circumstances for Refund

We will grant a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• (a) The prompt file was not successfully downloaded or accessed by you; and
• (b) A technical issue on our side prevented Digital Delivery; and
• (c) You submit a refund request within 48 hours of purchase.

5.2 How to Request a Refund

Email info@logic-vault.com with:

• Order ID
• Description of the delivery issue
• Declaration that you have not accessed or used the Product.

We aim to decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded in EUR to the same wallet value at time of purchase minus network fees.

5.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after download.
• Dissatisfaction with prompt output where functionality matches description.
• Inability to run prompt due to third-party platform restrictions outside our control.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

• Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly.
• Unauthorised card transactions will be fully investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension and blacklisting with fraud networks.
• We reserve the right to provide transaction evidence (IP logs, download timestamps) to issuing banks or dispute resolution bodies.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION & SCA

• All card payments pass 3-D Secure 2 (SCA) flows where applicable.
• Transactions flagged by our anti-fraud system may be held for manual review (up to 24 hours). Delivery is suspended during review.

8. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may amend this Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
