This website (“Logic-Vault”, the “Platform”) is owned and operated by S&K PARTNERS GROUP LTD (Company No. 14541157), 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we“, “us“, “our“). We are responsible for the personal data we collect from or about users of the Platform (“you“, “your“).

Supervisory Authority. You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local EU data-protection authority.

2  THE DATA WE COLLECT

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

We do not collect government-ID images, bank-account details, or other vendor payout information because the Platform does not provide Pay-Out functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our separate Cookie Policy. Where required, we obtain your consent via the consent-management banner.

5  DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA

We share data strictly on a need-to-know basis:

  • Payment Service Providers (PSPs) – to process card or cryptocurrency Pay-In transactions.
  • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure (EU or UK data centres).
  • Analytics & Error-Log Providers – aggregated usage metrics.
  • Legal / Tax Advisors & Auditors – where required by law.
  • Public authorities – when compelled (e.g., court orders, tax filings).

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

6  INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

If we transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., to a US analytics provider), we rely on:

  1. UK Adequacy Regulations or EU Adequacy Decisions; or
  2. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) plus supplementary measures.

7  DATA RETENTION

8  YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR & UK-GDPR)

You have the right to:

  1. Access – obtain a copy of your personal data we hold.
  2. Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure – request deletion (“right to be forgotten”) where grounds apply.
  4. Restriction – request we limit processing.
  5. Portability – receive data in machine-readable format.
  6. Object – to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
  7. Withdraw consent – at any time, without affecting prior processing.

9  SECURITY MEASURES

We employ appropriate technical and organisational measures consistent with ISO 27001 principles, including:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Multi-factor access controls for administrative accounts
  • Regular penetration testing and code reviews
  • 72-hour personal-data breach notification commitment

10  CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect, unless required sooner by law.
