- Create a buyer or vendor account;
- Purchase or sell AI-prompt digital goods via our Pay-In/Pay-Out system;
- Interact with us via email, contact forms, or social media.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g., health or biometrics) except facial images used solely for identity verification.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
We rely on the following GDPR/UK-GDPR bases:
- Contract performance (Art. 6 (1)(b)) – Creating your account, processing orders, paying vendors.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6 (1)(c)) – AML/KYC checks, accounting, tax reporting, responding to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1)(f)) – Fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics, direct B2B marketing (soft opt-in).
- Consent (Art. 6 (1)(a)) – Non-essential cookies, promotional newsletters, vendor public profiles.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA
We disclose personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Payment Processors & Banks (e.g., Stripe, CoinPayments) – to execute Pay-In/Pay-Out transactions.
- Identity Verification Providers – for KYC and fraud screening.
- Cloud & Hosting Providers – EU or UK data centres for platform hosting.
- Analytics Vendors – cookie-based analytics subject to consent.
- Professional Advisors & Regulators – auditors, accounting firms, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), HMRC, or other authorities when legally required.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some vendors are located outside the UK/EEA (e.g., US cloud services). Where data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) 2021 combined with supplementary technical and organisational measures.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

- Rectify inaccurate data;

- Restrict processing;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing;
- Port data to another provider;
- Withdraw consent at any time.

9. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard safeguards including:
- AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit;
- ISO 27001-aligned policies;
- Role-based access and MFA for staff;
- Annual penetration testing;
- 72-hour personal-data-breach notification commitment.
10. CHILDREN
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor’s data has been processed.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent banner. The “Effective” date above indicates the latest revision.
