This Cookie Policy explains how Logic-Vault (operated by S&K PARTNERS GROUP LTD, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the https://logic-vault.com domain (the “Website” or “Platform”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive, we must obtain your consent for the non-essential cookies we place on your device and give you clear, comprehensive information about their purpose.
2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

3. WHO SETS COOKIES ON OUR PLATFORM?
- First-party cookies – set directly by Logic-Vault.
- Third-party cookies – set by analytics, marketing, and payment-service providers (e.g., Google, Stripe, Meta).
A cookie may be a “session” cookie (expires when you close the browser) or a “persistent” cookie (remains for a set period unless deleted).

Below is a snapshot of the categories of cookies we deploy. The actual list may change as we improve the Platform; our Consent Management Platform (CMP) always shows the current inventory.

Note: Vendors on Logic-Vault are prohibited from embedding their own tracking scripts without prior written approval.
5. LEGAL BASES
- Strictly necessary cookies – legitimate interest to operate the Platform (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- All other cookies – consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); obtained via our CMP banner.
6. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES
- CMP Banner. On first visit, you see a banner that allows you to accept all, reject non-essential, or customise categories. You can reopen the CMP at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
- Browser Settings. Most browsers let you delete or block cookies globally. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair core functionality (e.g., checkout, login).
- Industry Opt-Outs. For interest-based advertising you can use tools such as https://optout.aboutads.info (NAI) or https://youronlinechoices.eu (EDAA).

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes will be highlighted through the CMP and/or notification banners. The “Effective” date at the top will always indicate the latest version.
